Our Services

Annual/Wellness Exams

A nose to tail veterinary check-up that helps keep pets healthy and detect potential health issues early. During the visit, the veterinarian evaluates your pet’s overall condition, checks weight, teeth, heart, ears, and skin, reviews vaccinations, and discusses preventive care. Regular annual exams are an important part of ensuring a long, happy, and healthy life for your pet.

Medical Exams

A veterinary assessment focused on diagnosing and treating a specific illness, injury, or health concern. During the visit, the veterinarian evaluates your pet’s symptoms, performs a physical examination, and may recommend diagnostic tests or treatments to determine the cause of the problem. Medical exams help ensure pets receive timely care and appropriate treatment for their condition.

Technician Services

Our highly skilled technicians offer nail trims, anal gland expressions, sanitary shaves, blood draws, ear cleanings, and demos for at-home treatments such as insulin injections and subcutaneous fluid administration. All pets must be up-to-date on the Rabies vaccine in order to access these services, unless otherwise discussed and approved by your veterinarian.

Vaccines

Before administering any vaccines, our veterinarians perform a thorough physical exam to ensure your pet is healthy enough to safely receive them. This evaluation allows us to assess your pet’s overall condition, identify any underlying health concerns, and confirm that vaccination is appropriate at the time of the visit. Our priority is to provide safe, personalized care for every patient.

Diagnostics

Our hospital is equipped with advanced in-house diagnostic technology to help provide fast, accurate care for your pet. We offer on-site blood analyzers, digital X-ray imaging, and a variety of additional diagnostic tools that allow our veterinary team to quickly evaluate your pet’s health and begin treatment without unnecessary delays. We also use external lab services for specialized testing. Our tools help us to deliver efficient, comprehensive, and high-quality medical care.

Treatment

We offer a wide range of treatments for medical conditions to support your pet’s health at every stage of life. Our services include diagnostic evaluations, prescription medications, surgical procedures, dental care, pain management, and supportive therapies tailored to your pet’s individual needs. From routine procedures to more complex medical concerns, our veterinary team works closely with you to develop personalized treatment plans focused on comfort, recovery, and long-term wellness.

When advanced or specialized care is needed, we also coordinate referrals with trusted veterinary specialists to ensure your pet receives the highest level of treatment possible. Our goal is to provide compassionate, comprehensive care while helping pet owners make informed decisions about their pet’s health.

Surgery

Our hospital offers spay and neuters surgeries, and most soft-tissue surgeries such as mass removals. Our doctor will discuss the details of the procedure and provide an estimate following an appointment. If your pet has a more complex injury or condition requiring a specialist, we will refer you to an appropriate facility. All procedures are performed under constant monitoring from start to finish, and our skilled team will review post-operative care with you when you come to pick up your pet.

Oral Health

We offer COHATs - Comprehensive Oral Health Assessment and Treatment. It all begins with a dental assessment where our veterinarian does a visual inspection of your pet’s teeth above the gumline. The veterinarian will discuss your pet’s oral health with you, and give you an idea of whether or not extractions are expected. On the day of the COHAT, digital dental x-rays are performed while your pet in under anesthesia, so the veterinarian can assess the condition of the teeth under the gumline. A full dental assessment is the performed, and followed by scaling, polishing, and extractions if needed. When you come to collect your pet, the team will show you the x-rays and discuss ongoing oral health care with you.

Euthanasia and Aftercare

Euthanasia is a compassionate veterinary service provided to gently and humanely end a pet’s life when they are suffering from a serious illness, injury, or significant decline in quality of life. The process peaceful and pain-free, allowing pets to pass with dignity and comfort.

Before the procedure, veterinarians typically discuss the pet’s condition and the family’s wishes, and can guide owners through what to expect. Our team is committed to providing a calm, supportive environment for both pets and their families during this difficult time. We will help guide you through aftercare options, including private or communal cremation, so you can choose the arrangement that best reflects how you wish to honour your pet.
